Building accessibility arrangements
Below are the existing accessibility arrangements at the Company’s offices located in the industrial estate, Kibbutz Hafziva:
Plenty of parking spaces throughout the complex, including for tall vehicles.
Smooth and continuous access from the parking lot through the entrance to the reception center up to receipt of service.
There are accessible stations for receiving service in the reception center.
There are accessible disabled services.
There are identification and direction signs.
Entry of a guidance animal assisting a person with a disability is permitted to the service reception center.
If necessary, one may contact the service representatives at the stations to receive additional assistance.
Accessible customer service
Employee trainings for accessible service – trainings are held for familiarization with the field of accessibility, create awareness among employees and provide practical tools for provision of accessible service.
Accessible call center – the voice response has been made accessible so that the information is conveyed in clear language and without background music.

Website accessibility
An accessible website is a website that allows people with disabilities and older people to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all browsers. Thus, Neptune believes in and strives for equal opportunities in the Internet space for browsers with various limitations and for persons using assistive technology for computer use.

The site provides a semantic configuration for assistive technologies and support accepted usage pattern for operating with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.
