Hi My name is Liat Levy, several years ago I built a swimming pool in my yard. At the time I wasn’t aware of Neptune, and the work of covering the pool machine room hatch was done by a locksmith, who built a basic, heavy (and not really aesthetic) cover. Within a short while, due to the opening of the cover once a week and due to the weight, the cover was scratched and even broke. The service person I employ introduced me to Neptune about a year ago, they specialize in stainless steel works, which include special doors with hinges and pistons, and thats where I actually found the best solution for me. I thus contacted Neptune, and had the existing cover replaced with a cover with hinges and pistons. This cover works perfectly - the serviceman protects his back, and I have benefited from having no scratches or breaks. Hello, my name is Amir Laban, from Ramat Yishai. I am currently in the final stages of building my house. To my dismay, I discovered that in the exterior flooring, the builders casted a sewer channel which was higher than the flooring height. I was not aware of Neptune, and contacted various companies specializing in sewer ditches in order to improve the situation, various solutions were proposed and carried out such as: cutting the height of the ditch, but I subsequently found that this resulted in the expansion of the ditch neck and a mismatch with the original cover. I was advised to place the original stopper, but it turned out that without the original (angled) raised border, the sewer cover would not block the smell. Only when I contacted Neptune did I receive a proposal for a cover that includes an adapter, which both seals the smell and blends perfectly with the flooring - the height of the floor does not change and also, the adapter frame is square and therefore blends wonderfully with the rest of the yard's flooring. I highly recommend Neptune, I received extremely courteous service, a thorough explanation of the work methods, and a warm relationship. Thank you!
